Lead the development and optimization of the NetSuite platform, architecting custom solutions and managing integrations while mentoring team members.
At Fullscript, we’re not just changing healthcare—we’re making it whole.
We help 100,000+ healthcare practitioners support 10 million patients with a platform that delivers evidence-based health solutions, diagnostic support, and practitioner tools—all in one place.
Healthcare today is disconnected. We’re fixing that. Fullscript makes it easier for practitioners to treat the whole person, not just symptoms, so patients get the support they need—when they need it.
We’re building a better way—one where healthcare is connected, complete, and built for impact.
We are seeking a Senior NetSuite ERP Engineer to lead the ongoing development and optimization of our NetSuite platform. In this role, you'll act as a strategic partner across Finance, Operations, and Engineering — designing scalable, automated solutions that evolve with our business. You’ll be responsible for architecting and implementing advanced customizations, developing SuiteScript-based enhancements, and integrating third-party systems to ensure our ERP environment supports Fullscript’s growth trajectory.
What you'll do:
- Act as a trusted advisor to Finance, Operations, and other business units, identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and reporting through ERP capabilities and automation.
- Design, development, and deployment of complex NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript.
- Maintain and enhance NetSuite configurations, custom records, workflows, forms, and scripts.
- Design and manage system integrations between NetSuite and internal/external platforms using RESTlets, SuiteTalk, or middleware (e.g., Celigo)
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate evolving business needs and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives across Finance, Operations, and Order Management teams.
- Evaluate and implement new NetSuite modules or features to extend platform capability.
- Oversee NetSuite access controls, role-based permissions, and data governance.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis of ERP issues.
- Mentor other team members on ERP development best practices.
- Build and maintain saved searches, custom reports, and dashboards tailored to department-specific KPIs.
- Enable self-service analytics through thoughtful system configuration and documentation.
What you bring to the table:
- 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
- Proven success administering and customizing NetSuite in a complex, high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as GL, AP/AR, Purchasing, Inventory, and Revenue Management.
- Experience with system integrations and middleware (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, Mulesoft, custom APIs).
- Proficient in data analysis and transformation (Excel, SQL, JSON, etc.).
- Familiarity with SDLC concepts including source control, release management, and change tracking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bonus: NetSuite certifications (SuiteCloud Developer, ERP Consultant, Administrator, SuiteFoundation).
- Experience leveraging AI or automation to enhance ERP workflows, reporting, or user experience is preferred (e.g., intelligent approvals, chatbot support, or data enrichment)
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand and support key business and financial processes.
What we can offer you:
- Generous PTO and competitive pay
- Fullscript’s RRSP match program for financial health
- Flexible benefits package and workplace wellness program
- Training budget and company-wide learning initiatives
- Discount on Fullscript catalog of products
- Ability to work Wherever You Work Well*
