Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field and MuleSoft Developer Certification.
Job duties: Responsible for integrating data from systems like Hivebrite, Cvent(Event management), Concur (invoice and expense management), LMS (Learning Management) etc. with Salesforce. This role plays a critical part in shaping the organization’s cloud integration strategy, ensuring seamless connectivity across enterprise systems, including Salesforce FinancialForce, SAP Concur, and event management platforms. Work closely with the Salesforce team to enhance system performance, design, and troubleshoot Salesforce flows and objects, and ensure data integrity across financial, procurement, and Event management systems. Designs and enforces API governance, optimizes performance, and mentors a team of MuleSoft developers.
Requirements: 5 years of experience with MuleSoft development, integration architecture, and MuleSoft platform administration. Requires skills and experience to include:
- Previous experience of development, architecture, deployment, and server administration of APIs/Microservices in Mulesoft (On Cloud, On Premise, and Hybrid) and Java.
- Demonstrated ability to implement API governance using 3rd party API Gateways like Azure API Management and MuleSoft Platform Admin activities
- Implementation experience of messaging queue solutions like Azure Event Grid and Apache Kafka.
- Configuration experience with VPC, DLB, DNS Mapping, Firewall Rules and wild card SSL certificate in Anypoint Networking.
- Previous experience with Installation, setup, and configuration of managing Domain Projects and Mule runtime using unicast and multicast clusters.
- Professional tenure in configuration and support of Salesforce Flows, OBM, and platform events and connectors like Salesforce, Database, Azure, ObjectStore and custom connectors.
- Project experience with financial force integrations and object model for effective billing, invoicing, financial reporting, and vendor management workflow.
- Previous experience with SAP Concur procurement, invoicing, and expense management with competency in vendor management issues.
- Track record of data migration of extremely large datasets maintaining data synchronization using Salesforce Apps, MuleSoft and ETL technologies like Spark, Python and DBT.
- Strong experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, data modeling, ETL processes, and data pipeline development for integrating financial and event data across multiple systems.
- Competency in data governance, compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, PCI-DSS), audit requirements, RBAC, encryption, and secure API authentication.
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (Azure Pipeline, Azure Repos) and test automation using tools like AccelQ
- Experience with monitoring and analytics tools like Splunk, ELK or Microsoft Sentinel for proactive issue resolution.
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages like DataWeave, Java, Python and bulk operations in REST APIs.
