As a Senior Motion Designer, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing our brand's visual narrative through dynamic motion graphics, animations, and video content. You'll lead the charge in translating our brand into captivating visual stories that resonate across digital, social, and experiential platforms. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovation in our brand identity and significantly impact our presence in the B2B media landscape.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in design and video production. This role ideates and executes dynamic full motion marketing deliverables such as performance videos, social media animations, video mashups, and product how-tos. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role accountable for creative concepting, pre-visualization, and animation working directly with design, copy, and marketing partners.

This role requires a blend of creative thinking, technical proficiency, and a keen understanding of current digital content trends.

What You'll Do: 

  • Lead the development and execution of video assets, including motion graphics, animations, and video content, that aligns with our brand identity and creative vision.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop and implement engaging visual stories for advertising and marketing channels.
  • Use a variety of loose footage and images and turn it into a compelling final asset
  • Develop and enforce motion guidelines and standards ensuring brand consistency and excellence.
  • Proactively research and implement emerging industry trends and technologies, pushing the boundaries of animation techniques and storytelling methodologies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring both creative excellence and on-time delivery under tight deadlines.
  • Ensure all motion and video content meets the highest creative and technical standards, flawlessly embodying the brand’s voice and strategic objectives.
  • Be a contributing member of the creative team, offering and executing ideas to incorporate video and motion graphics into more aspects of the brand
  • Source music for videos – stock and/or composed
  • Point-of-contact for video freelancers and production teams 
  • Attend video shoots as creative team representative

What You Have

  • 5+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or video production
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing mastery in motion graphics, advanced animation techniques, video editing, and strategic visual storytelling.
  • Demonstrated experience with social platforms and an understanding of trends and best practices
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
  • A keen eye for design, typography, color, and composition with the ability to work within established brand guidelines
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent musicality and an understanding of the importance of sound and rhythm to a brand’s identity
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Stellar interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability and willingness to listen and learn from feedback
  • Self-starter, ability to manage uncertainty and enjoys solving problems

The national cash compensation range for this role is $82,000 - $118,000 per year*

*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
