Our client is seeking Senior-Level Marketing Strategists to serve as thought leadership partners to senior Retail Customer Engagement and Wealth Marketing leadership. These consultants will provide strategic counsel, analytical rigor, and executive-level partnership to help define and drive transformative marketing initiatives across the Retail wealth segment.
This role is highly strategic in nature and requires the ability to operate effectively with senior stakeholders, develop business cases and investment strategies, and translate complex data and organizational objectives into actionable marketing roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior marketing leadership to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and execution roadmaps for high-priority transformational initiatives across Retail and Wealth Marketing
- Translate business objectives into actionable strategic plans with clearly defined success measures and implementation pathways
- Build robust business cases, investment proposals, financial models, ROI analyses, and scenario planning frameworks to support strategic decision-making and organizational investment
- Collaborate with business, analytics, and finance teams to define KPIs, success metrics, and performance tracking methodologies that enable data-driven evaluation of marketing effectiveness
- Conduct market, competitive, and customer landscape analyses to identify strategic opportunities, inform positioning, and strengthen the retail marketing value proposition
- Develop executive-level presentations, strategic narratives, and decision-support materials that synthesize complex findings into concise, compelling recommendations
- Support end-to-end management of large-scale strategic initiatives, including problem framing, hypothesis development, strategic planning, and execution alignment
- Drive stakeholder alignment and maintain strategic continuity across cross-functional teams and leadership groups
- Senior-level strategic marketing experience with demonstrated success acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner to executive marketing leadership within large, matrixed organizations
- Proven track record shaping and delivering large-scale, transformative marketing strategies and initiatives
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, including hands-on experience building business cases, investment models, ROI frameworks, and strategic analyses
- Ability to partner effectively with analytics and finance organizations to translate data into actionable strategic insight
- Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to synthesize ambiguous and complex information into clear strategic recommendations and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience operating within highly cross-functional environments with multiple senior stakeholders and competing priorities

This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
The starting pay range for this role is $55/ph - $75/ph. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
