At Colibri Group, culture is at the heart of everything we do! Our values of Love, Joy, Boldness, Teamwork, and Curiosity guide how we work together, support our customers, and make a difference in the communities we serve.

SimpleNursing, part of Colibri Group’s Healthcare ecosystem, helps nursing students succeed in school, prepare for the NCLEX, and confidently begin their careers. Through engaging content, innovative learning tools, and a deep understanding of the nursing student journey, we meet learners where they are and help them reach the finish line.

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Growth Marketing Manager, SEO & Lifecycle to help more nursing students discover SimpleNursing, engage with our content, convert into customers, and stay connected throughout their learning journey.

This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports focused on three connected areas of growth: SEO and organic discovery, lifecycle marketing, and website and conversion optimization.

You will develop strategies and personally bring them to life. One day you may be digging into Google Search Console and GA4 to identify an organic search opportunity. Another day you may be building or refining an automated lifecycle journey, analyzing a landing page, or launching a conversion experiment.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable getting deep into the details. You should be able to identify an opportunity, explain what the data is telling you, personally work within the platforms to execute or optimize the solution, measure the outcome, and determine what should happen next.

You will partner closely with Product, Paid Media, Creative, Analytics, Engineering, and external specialists. Collaboration is important, but this role maintains clear ownership of its channels and outcomes. You will not simply develop strategies for others to execute.

If you enjoy combining strong channel expertise with broader growth thinking, working directly within marketing platforms, experimenting thoughtfully, and seeing a clear connection between your work and the students we serve, we would love to meet you!!

Come Build What’s Next

    What You’ll Do

    • Own the strategy, roadmap, hands-on execution, and performance of SimpleNursing’s growth initiatives across SEO, organic content, lifecycle marketing, landing pages, website optimization, and CRO
    • Identify and execute organic growth opportunities using keyword and competitive research, search intent, technical and on-page SEO, Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, and customer behavior data
    • Personally build, configure, launch, and optimize lifecycle programs across onboarding, nurture, promotional, retention, and re-engagement journeys using behavioral, engagement, and purchase signals
    • Improve conversion across landing pages, trial and sign-up flows, and content-to-purchase pathways by identifying friction, developing hypotheses, launching structured experiments, and applying results to future iterations
    • Analyze search, funnel, lifecycle, and website performance to connect traffic and engagement to sign-ups, purchases, retention, and broader business outcomes
    • Translate growth priorities into campaigns, customer journeys, webpages, SEO initiatives, and experiments while partnering effectively with Product, Paid Media, Creative, Analytics, Engineering, and external specialists
    • What You’ll Bring

      • Six or more years of experience in B2C growth marketing, digital marketing, organic growth, lifecycle marketing, or a similarly hands-on customer acquisition and engagement environment
      • Recent, direct hands-on execution experience across all three core areas of the role: SEO and organic search, lifecycle and email marketing, and website optimization and CRO
      • Deep SEO experience using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms to identify opportunities, prioritize technical and on-page improvements, optimize content, and connect organic performance to conversion
      • Hands-on lifecycle experience personally building or configuring automated journeys, behavioral triggers, segmentation, nurture, retention, and re-engagement programs within an email, CRM, or lifecycle platform
      • Hands-on CRO and website optimization experience using customer behavior and funnel data to identify friction, develop hypotheses, execute structured tests, and measure conversion impact
      • A track record of personally building, configuring, launching, analyzing, and optimizing work while clearly distinguishing your own execution from work completed by agencies, vendors, direct reports, or partner teams
      • Tools You May Use

Experience with every tool below is not required. We are most interested in your ability to learn quickly, work directly within marketing platforms, and use data to make thoughtful decisions!!

        • Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
        • Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO platforms
        • Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar behavior analytics tools
        • Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar lifecycle and CRM platforms
        • Content management systems, landing page builders, and experimentation tools
        • Reporting, dashboard, analytics, and AI productivity tools

        Why You’ll Love Working Here

        • Own a meaningful part of the SimpleNursing growth engine and see the direct connection between your work and student acquisition, conversion, and retention
        • Work across the full customer journey, from organic discovery through engagement, purchase, and long-term retention
        • Develop strategies and personally turn them into SEO improvements, lifecycle journeys, webpages, and experiments
        • Stay close to the platforms, customer behavior, performance data, and execution rather than being removed from the work
        • Partner with talented colleagues across Product, Paid Media, Creative, Analytics, Engineering, and Operations while maintaining clear ownership of your channels
        • Support future nurses during important moments in their education and careers through products designed to help them learn, grow, and succeed
        • We Encourage You to Apply

You may not check every preferred box, and that is okay!! Experience in healthcare, education, EdTech, consumer subscriptions, SaaS, e-commerce, or another digitally focused B2C organization can all translate well to this role.

However, recent hands-on experience across SEO, lifecycle marketing, and website and conversion optimization is core to this position.

This role is designed for someone who is currently comfortable operating as a hands-on individual contributor. If your recent experience has primarily involved managing teams, coordinating projects, overseeing agencies, or developing strategies that others execute, this may not be the right opportunity.

If you enjoy identifying opportunities, digging into the data, working directly within the platforms, executing the work, analyzing what happened, and determining what to do next, we would love to hear from you!!
