The Role

The Senior Marketing Manager will execute adMarketplace's social media, marketing strategy, support event activation and also drive the systems, processes, and execution that keep marketing running efficiently. This role oversees social media marketing channels, event execution, marketing operations, and performance reporting to support scalable, high-impact marketing and event programs.

Working closely with Brand Marketing, Growth Activation, Product Marketing, Sales, Product, Business Development, and Revenue Operations, this role will support integrated campaigns, product launches, executive thought leadership, and cross-functional marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

Social Media Marketing

  • Manage and optimize adMarketplace's organic social media strategy, creating content that supports brand awareness, product launches, industry events, and executive thought leadership.

  • Monitor and measure social media performance and optimize audience growth and engagement.

  • Manage and optimize adMarketplace's owned channels and digital properties, ensuring content, landing pages, and digital assets deliver a consistent brand and user experience.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to support SEO, website enhancements, digital experiences, and campaign launches.

  • Provide executive social media strategy and execution support as applicable.

Marketing Operations & Campaign Execution

  • Execute and quality assure integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, webinars, events, paid media, and social channels.

  • Manage marketing operations, including campaign calendars, project plans, marketing automation, CRM workflows, audience segmentation, and campaign governance.

  • Build scalable processes and workflows while monitoring campaign performance, data quality, and optimization opportunities.

  • Manage and optimize marketing budget and related billing / invoicing requirements. Partner with Finance and Accounting to manage annual budget and forecast future year budgets

Marketing Analytics & Performance

  • Build dashboards and reports that measure campaign performance, pipeline contribution, marketing ROI, and business impact in partnership with the Growth Activation team.

  • Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to improve reporting, operational efficiency, and marketing performance.

Event Planning & Operations Support

  • Support the planning and execution of hosted events, sponsorship activations, industry conferences, and internal events

  • Coordinate logistics for site visits, venue walk-throughs, planning meetings, and onsite event support

  • Assist with managing event timelines, budgets, vendors, venues, catering, AV, shipping, travel, staffing, and production/logistics details

  • Help coordinate event orders and onsite materials including signage, giveaways, name badges, swag, and attendee materials

  • Provide onsite support across a range of operational needs and adapt quickly in fast-paced event environments

  • Assist with maintaining event documentation, budget, processes, calendars and project trackers to improve scalability and efficiency

  • Be responsible for event recaps and measurement to inform future planning

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Brand Marketing, Growth Activation, Product Marketing, Sales, Product, Business Development, Revenue Operations, and external partners to execute integrated marketing initiatives, including product launches, events, PR, executive communications, customer marketing, and sales enablement.

  • Drive collaboration and operational efficiency through scalable processes, automation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, campaign management, or integrated marketing within a B2B technology environment.

  • Experience in adtech, martech, SaaS, digital media, AI, or performance marketing is strongly preferred.

  • Experience managing corporate websites, social media, integrated marketing campaigns, and digital content.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, CMS platforms (Webflow preferred), Google Analytics, and marketing reporting tools.

  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience using AI tools and automation to improve campaign execution, reporting, and operational efficiency.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with evolving priorities.

  • Experience managing budget and collaborating with Finance and Accounting teams preferred

*Compensation: $125,000 - $160,000 + Bonus & Equity

*This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adMarketplace in the New York office. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
