Join us at an exciting moment for our Spatial Surgery franchise. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will shape the future of our global product strategy, influence advanced technology development and help bring a truly disruptive surgical innovation to market.
What will you be doing?
• Partner with the Senior Director of Marketing and global country marketing teams to build and execute the franchise Global Product Plan including launch strategy, portfolio optimization, new indications and claims
• Serve as marketing lead on product development projects focused on advanced technologies
• Build strong surgeon and customer relationships, managing consultant interactions and consolidating voice of customer insights
• Collaborate closely with global and regional sales leadership to align on market needs and drive performance across the Americas, EMEA and APAC
• Conduct competitive intelligence and financial analyses to support business cases and product strategy
• Work with commercial marketing partners on downstream programs including launch planning, demo and trade out programs, sales readiness and training support
• Forecast product needs and collaborate with manufacturing planners to ensure availability of demo and launch inventory
What will you need to be successful?
• Bachelor’s degree required with an MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 7 plus years of global product management experience in the medical device industry
• 3 plus years commercial experience
• Clinical experience in Orthopaedics ideally Sports Medicine
• Exposure to Robotics, AI, Advanced Surgery, SaaS, DICOM, HL7, Medical Cloud, Active Directory or pre operative imaging
• Strong analytical, financial and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment
• Customer focused mindset with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
• Ability to travel 25 to 50 percent

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $131,000- $197,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. In addition to base pay, we provide competitive bonus and benefits, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, parental leave, and generous PTO, paid company holidays annually and 8 hours of Volunteer time and a variety of wellness offerings such as EAP.
