• Serve as marketing lead on product development projects focused on advanced technologies
• Build strong surgeon and customer relationships, managing consultant interactions and consolidating voice of customer insights
• Collaborate closely with global and regional sales leadership to align on market needs and drive performance across the Americas, EMEA and APAC
• Conduct competitive intelligence and financial analyses to support business cases and product strategy
• Work with commercial marketing partners on downstream programs including launch planning, demo and trade out programs, sales readiness and training support
• Forecast product needs and collaborate with manufacturing planners to ensure availability of demo and launch inventory
• 7 plus years of global product management experience in the medical device industry
• 3 plus years commercial experience
• Clinical experience in Orthopaedics ideally Sports Medicine
• Exposure to Robotics, AI, Advanced Surgery, SaaS, DICOM, HL7, Medical Cloud, Active Directory or pre operative imaging
• Strong analytical, financial and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment
• Customer focused mindset with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
• Ability to travel 25 to 50 percent

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $131,000- $197,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
