With 465 billion automated optimizations per second, the AI-powered StackAdapt Marketing Platform seamlessly connects brand and performance marketing to drive measurable results across the entire customer journey. The most forward-thinking marketers choose StackAdapt to orchestrate high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels.
StackAdapt is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Strategic Partnerships to lead marketing strategy and execution in support of our Strategic Partnerships & Alliances (SP&A) team. This includes Alliances, Technology Integrations, Retail Media Networks (RMNs), and New Business initiatives. You’ll own end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) planning, campaign execution, and partner enablement across the full lifecycle—from awareness to activation and expansion.
This is a strategic, hands-on individual contributor role. It requires close collaboration with Partner Managers, Product, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to bring new opportunities to life and build StackAdapt’s reputation as a trusted partner in the martech and advertising ecosystem. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at storytelling, strategic thinking and prioritization, and can balance execution with brand-building across paid, owned, and earned channels. This role reports to the Director of Field Marketing and ABM.
StackAdapt is a remote-first company, and we welcome applicants from Canada and the United States.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and lead end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for strategic partners—driving brand awareness, messaging, asset creation, and co-marketing in trust-heavy, long-decision ecosystems.
- Own account-based marketing strategy across the full partner lifecycle - from net-new acquisition to activation, re-engagement, and churn recovery.
- Serve as the lead marketing partner for SP&A—driving alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Partner teams to ensure coordinated execution, clear accountability, and strategic impact.
- Drive go-to-market strategy for the launch of new Retail Media Network partnerships, including narrative development, messaging, PR coordination, and co-marketing.
- Develop and evolve partner messaging frameworks that reflect market feedback and campaign results—while reinforcing StackAdapt’s brand across the partner ecosystem.
- Define KPIs and build attribution models and dashboards to measure campaign influence, partner lifecycle engagement, and marketing-sourced/influenced pipeline across channels.
- Own the content and communications strategy for SP&A—including partner-facing collateral, co-branded campaigns, and messaging frameworks across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Create and maintain enablement resources tailored to partner use cases—empowering GTM teams with tools that support sales activation and partner growth.
- Translate partner and client pain points into clear messaging that positions StackAdapt as a go-to integration partner and competitive differentiator.
- Maintain regular communication with partners and internal teams to gather insights, share updates, and continuously evolve frameworks and tiering models that scale partner growth.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- 5–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in partner marketing, strategic alliances, or channel marketing
- Proven success leading GTM marketing strategies in high-growth technology companies
- Strong understanding of the retail media, advertising, and marketing technology landscape
- Experience launching co-marketing campaigns, building partner enablement tools, and supporting sales activation
- Strategic thinking with excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience working with Product Marketing, Partner Managers, and Sales leaders to bring new solutions to market
