Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior Manager of Product Marketing, within the Tax-Exempt (TEM) Marketing team to support our product partners and drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches and digital / experiential enhancements. In this role reporting to the Director of B2C Marketing, you will serve as a key liaison between product management, sales, and marketing teams to develop compelling positioning, messaging, and enablement strategies for new and existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for TEM product launches, ensuring successful adoption and engagement.
  • Collaborate with product teams to translate technical features into customer benefits that drive engagement and adoption.
  • Create and deliver sales enablement materials, including product decks, FAQs, training sessions, etc.
  • Educate internal teams on product positioning, use cases, and customer benefits to improve sales conversations and customer engagement.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, using data and insights to optimize future strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related marketing function.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with cross functional teams, including product, deployment, and marketing.
  • Strong analytical approach with experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for internal and external audiences.
  • Experience in digital marketing, product positioning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strategic problem solver with a results-driven approach, able to navigate complex product landscapes.
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability by driving project to completion, taking responsibility for outcomes, and ensuring high quality results.

The Team

The Senior Marketing Manager is part of the Analytics, Marketing & Communications team within Fidelity’s Tax-Exempt Market business unit where we serve nonprofit employers and their employees. These organizations are passionate and strive to provide their employees, who frequently serve others, with benefits programs that support their evolving needs. The Marketing team develops strategic programs that enhances engagement and mission awareness. We serve both our clients and their employees by providing insights, tools, and programs that drive impact and support organizational growth.
