Key Responsibilities
- Education Programs:
- Design and deliver educational content for healthcare professionals, including readers, technologists, and administrators.
- Maintain and enhance existing education initiatives for consistency and scalability.
- Customer Onboarding & Success:
- Develop strategies to improve onboarding and engagement for imaging sites.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and implement solutions that elevate customer satisfaction.
- Insights into Action:
- Collaborate with Insights & Market Research team to interpret market research data.
- Translate findings into actionable strategies for education, onboarding and experience programs.
- Lead think tanks and advisory boards to gather qualitative insights to inform strategic actions.
- Conversion Enablement:
- Support initiatives that help imaging sites adopt advanced cardiac imaging solutions through tailored education and experience programs.
- Ensure operational readiness and smooth implementation in collaboration with internal teams.
- Conference Strategy & Messaging:
- Plan and execute conference participation, including booth experience, educational sessions, and messaging alignment.
- Coordinate presentations to reinforce brand positioning.
- Certification & Accreditation Partnerships:
- Build and maintain relationships with professional societies and certification bodies to support educational and accreditation programs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical or medical diagnostics marketing experience, including product launch, strategy and lifecycle management.
- Cardiology, Nuclear Medicine, Nuclear Cardiology experience preferred.
- Strong background in education program development, customer experience strategy, and insights application.
- Experience supporting diagnostic or radiopharmaceutical adoption or conversion initiatives in healthcare.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
