Share Local Media, or SLM, is a rapidly growing startup reimagining the world of offline marketing for tech and e-commerce companies. We started as e-commerce marketers ourselves, and launched SLM with a goal of turning direct mail into a high performing, scalable channel for a digitally native client set. To do so, we've taken an inputs based-approach to the space, and re-engineered the channel from the ground up to make it easier to test, faster to execute, more measurable, and ultimately, more effective for e-commerce and tech clients of all types.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager - Demand Generation. In this role you will drive top-of-funnel inbound demand for SLM through relevant and effective content marketing across Social, Email, our website, and more. This position is responsible for developing and executing on a content marketing roadmap, including content generation, syndication & performance reporting, coordinating closely with the Sales team on identifying high potential categories and strategizing on relevant content. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing, with experience generating high-quality content on a consistent basis to drive inbound leads. Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills are key. Past experience in ecommerce and tech advertising is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy development: Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies across email, webinars, content marketing, paid media, and other channels, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and sales pipeline objectives.
  • Lead generation and nurturing: Drive the generation of qualified leads by generating top-of-funnel inbound demand through content-focused b2b marketing strategies.
  • Collaborative Execution: Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design, etc) to align content, events, product marketing, and performance marketing efforts into cohesive campaigns and achieve demand generation goals.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging in content and campaigns, leveraging competitive differentiators.
  • Performance Reporting: Define and report on key metrics for pipeline growth, conversion, and velocity to measure the success of demand generation efforts.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in b2b marketing, demand generation and/or content marketing
  • Demonstrated success working with Sales and Partnerships teams to build strong relationships and driving pipeline growth together.
  • Ability to build and scale full-funnel demand gen programs that drive revenue impact.
  • Strong content-generation abilities, including building a content roadmap, ongoing content production, both through copywriting & coordination with other internal teams (design, sales, etc)
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to optimization and experimentation.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.

What we offer
  • Base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $128,000 and is based upon experience and other factors.
