If you’re looking for a workplace that celebrates innovation, drives real-world impact, and champions your growth - welcome home.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager (Contract) to join our growing US team and support our marketing efforts during a maternity leave period. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, with a dotted line into US commercial leadership, this role will play a key part in maintaining momentum across campaigns, events, and go-to-market activities as we continue to scale Fresh Clinics in the US. You will help us continue to build and execute a marketing infrastructure that delivers measurable growth, enhances brand presence, and drives engagement with our members and prospects.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, can confidently wear multiple hats, and has the ability to manage several projects simultaneously - from campaign strategy to event execution. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a hands-on approach, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for building community within the aesthetics industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive US marketing initiatives: Maintain and execute ongoing marketing campaigns and communications that support brand growth, community engagement, and lead generation.
  • Support launch and event execution: Plan and manage local launch events, training programs, and community initiatives, ensuring exceptional on-the-ground experiences that strengthen relationships with our members and prospects.
  • Champion our community: Build and nurture meaningful relationships with members, partners, and prospects through creative social engagement, content-driven initiatives and localized events.
  • Clarify and refine messaging: Help define and evolve Fresh’s brand and product messaging in the US, particularly for new offerings like Fresh Membership and Fresh Connect, to ensure our story resonates with our ideal customers and clearly communicates the value we deliver.
  • Collaborate across teams: Partner closely with cross-functional teams - Product, Sales, Customer Success - to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies, particularly in demand generation and content marketing. Working closely with the marketing team based in Australia to ensure US marketing strategy and efforts are aligned with wider and global business objectives.
  • Optimize campaign performance: Use cutting-edge analytics to measure, analyze, and optimize the impact of all marketing activities, ensuring every campaign is data-driven, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Keep things moving: Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with agility and confidence - stepping in wherever needed to keep marketing operations running smoothly.

Who You Are
  • A proactive, self-starter who’s comfortable operating independently and can quickly assess priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A multi-tasker and problem solver who enjoys juggling diverse projects - from strategic planning to hands-on event execution.
  • Experienced in community building and event planning, especially in industries centered around education, aesthetics, or healthcare.
  • A creative marketer who can craft compelling narratives and execute campaigns that drive engagement and connection.
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively across global teams while taking initiative locally.
  • Ideally, you have experience in or a strong understanding of the aesthetics, MedTech, or healthcare industry.

We’d Love You to Have
  • 5 - 7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management (B2B, Aesthetic or MedTech preferred).
  • Proven experience in campaign and event execution, community engagement, and digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in an environment where priorities evolve quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B marketing, with a focus on creating impactful campaigns that drive brand recognition and business growth.

Why you’ll love working at Fresh
  • Help reimagine how clinicians deliver hybrid care across Australia, the US and beyond.
  • Work in a remote-first, collaborative and helpful team that values trust and autonomy.
  • Collaborate with humble, brilliant humans solving complex problems in health tech.
  • Grow your career in a mission-driven global company that’s scaling fast.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
