Job DescriptionResponsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute provider engagement and education strategies to increase cardiac PET referrals in priority markets.
  • Align national marketing strategies with local market dynamics to maximize impact and adoption.
  • Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.

Provider Engagement & Education

  • Design and implement targeted education programs for cardiologists and referring providers to drive awareness and understanding of cardiac PET.
  • Create compelling messaging and content that communicates clinical value and differentiates GE HealthCare’s solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver webinars, peer-to-peer programs, and conference activations.

Commercial Execution

  • Support field teams with tools, resources, and training to engage providers effectively.
  • Develop localized marketing plans for key markets in partnership with regional commercial and field marketing leaders.
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand and messaging across all touchpoints.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product marketing, medical affairs, market access, and commercial operations colleagues to ensure alignment and integration of strategies.
  • Partner with marketing operations and analytics teams to execute flawlessly, measure impact, and refine approaches based on performance metrics.

Market Development

  • Drive initiatives that influence referral patterns and expand adoption of cardiac PET in cardiology practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on provider engagement trends and best practices.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track KPIs related to referral growth, engagement metrics, and program ROI.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device marketing experience, including product launch and lifecycle management; cardiology experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical markets, including regulatory and market access environments.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $145,600.00-$218,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
