About the Position: We're seeking a strategic marketing leader initially to drive integrated campaign performance across our brand portfolio at Dotdash Meredith. As we grow, we foresee the focus to include other external partners as well. You'll orchestrate complex, multi-channel campaigns while managing copy and creative execution that honors each brand's unique voice.
Working closely with both internal teams and external partners, you'll manage vendor relationships and coordinate with agencies to ensure seamless campaign delivery across our growing brand ecosystem.
This role demands exceptional project management and communication skills to coordinate across diverse internal and external stakeholders and deliver measurable results.

In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.
About The Positions Contributions:
Weight % Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results
20%: Own end-to-end campaign management across multiple marketing channels including website house ads, newsletter placements, Apple Ads, and sitewide banner programs, coordinating with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
20%: Manage copy and creative execution across multiple (initially 9+) distinct brands and growing, working with internal teams and external creative partners to ensure messaging consistency within each brand while optimizing for channel performance.
20%: Drive cross-functional alignment between email marketing, social media, internal brand teams, and external agency partners through structured communication and project management.
15%: Develop and maintain acquisition metrics framework in partnership with external analytics vendors, providing actionable insights and performance reporting to leadership.
15%: Establish efficient workflows and approval processes that accommodate brand variation and external partner requirements while meeting aggressive campaign timelines, with scalability to support additional brands.
10%: Optimize channel mix and budget allocation based on performance data and strategic priorities, managing external vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in consumer marketing
Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple brands or business units simultaneously, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with external agencies and vendors
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:
Exceptional project management and communication skills, with experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives involving both internal and external teams
Outstanding written and verbal abilities with proven experience managing up and across, including vendor relationship management
Experience working within a SaaS environment is preferred
A love and passion for food!

Pay Range
Salary: New York: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith’s total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
