The Campaign Operations team is a critical function in driving efficiency and scalability across our marketing organization. We are the backbone of operational excellence, ensuring that campaigns, tools, and processes align to accelerate revenue growth and enhance the customer journey. We are seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team and lead the execution, optimization, and continuous improvement of our marketing campaigns and technology stack. This individual will serve as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on expert, with deep experience in marketing automation (Marketo) and the ability to integrate and manage a variety of MarTech solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Marketing Operations Leadership: Develop and implement scalable marketing operations processes to support global campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing strategies.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Own the end-to-end campaign development process, including program template creation, email and landing page development (HTML coding as needed), testing, deployment, and performance analysis.
- MarTech Integration & Management: Oversee the integration and optimization of MarTech solutions, including Marketo and tools such as Salesforce, 6Sense, Sendoso, Salesloft, Zoom, and others. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance system performance.
- Email Marketing Expertise: Design and execute email marketing strategies aligned with best practices, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and engagement. Write or edit email copy to maximize impact and drive results.
- Data Management & Segmentation: Manage audience segmentation strategies using demographic, firmographic, and behavioral data. Translate Salesforce reports into actionable insights and Marketo smart lists.
- Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that measure campaign and operational performance. Provide actionable insights to inform strategy and optimize marketing efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global marketing, field marketing, digital teams, and business systems to align on campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables. Act as the go-to resource for marketing automation and operations expertise.
- Process Design & Workflow Optimization: Create efficient workflows to manage campaign requests, establish timelines and SLAs, and provide visibility into audience communications at any given time.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date on marketing operations trends and best practices. Identify and implement new tools, processes, and strategies to improve efficiency and scalability.
What You’ll Bring:

Marketo Expertise: Proficiency in Marketo demonstrated by a Marketo Certified Expert Certification (required); additional certifications are a plus.

MarTech Integration: Hands-on experience managing and integrating key MarTech tools such as Salesforce, 6Sense, Sendoso, Salesloft, Drift, LinkedIn, various Content Syndication platforms and Zoom Webinars/Sessions, ensuring seamless data flow and campaign efficiency.

Data-Driven Strategy & Reporting: Utilize reporting tools and analytics to monitor campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement. Develop and maintain data governance processes, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations.

Technical Skills: Design, execute, and optimize complex multi-channel marketing campaigns using advanced Marketo features, including dynamic content, lead scoring, and lifecycle management. Utilize advanced HTML and CSS to build and troubleshoot responsive email templates and landing pages, ensuring compatibility across devices and platforms. Leverage Rest APIs to create custom integrations and automate workflows across platforms. Manage and troubleshoot CRM syncs, field mappings, and data discrepancies to maintain data integrity. Create and manage webhooks to enable real-time data updates and integrations with third-party systems.

Workflow Management: Experience with workflow management platforms (e.g., JIRA) to design and implement scalable processes and streamline operations.
