Position Summary
As Marketing & Communications Manager North America, you are responsible for the hands-on execution of marketing and communications activities across the region, aligned with the global MarCom strategy.
You play a key role in strengthening brand awareness, market visibility, and commercial impact in one of our key growth regions.
Based in Marrietta, and closely connected to our office in Dallas, you are the first dedicated MarCom professional in the region. You act as the local ambassador and support our new customer experience centre. You are fully connected to the central Marketing & Communications team in Veghel (NL) and report directly to the Director Marketing & Communications.
What you will do
- Execute regional marketing and communications activities, with a strong focus on content creation, localisation, and messaging
- Translate global marketing strategy into relevant, market-focused materials for North America
- With the team in Veghel, define and develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) personas tailored to the North American market
- Support and activate campaigns through content development and messaging
- Create engaging marketing content.
- Support internal communications, including town halls and local communication channels
- Organise and support customer events, meetings, and innovation/experience centre activities
- Collaborate with regional Sales teams and global MarCom colleagues
- Manage external agencies (e.g. video, design, PR) and build a strong regional network
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and support commercial growth
Qualifications / requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with a strong focus on content and execution
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Communications or a related field
- Experience in an international B2B environment, preferably within global organisations and European companies
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills
- Ability to work independently in a regional, stand-alone role
- Experience working in a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders
- Capability to build and lead a Marketing & Communications team in the region over time
- A proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with modern MarCom tools, software and openness to using AI in your work
