We’re looking for a sharp, business-oriented Senior Marketing Analyst to turn data into insights and automation that drive growth, retention, and marketing ROI. This is a key role powering our next wave of data-driven execution.
You will lead analytics across the customer journey - from acquisition to lifecycle - and enable smarter decision-making through dashboards, segmentation, and experimentation. You’ll also play a central role in activating our Unified Customer Profile (UCP) and embedding AI-powered insights and automation into our marketing engine.
- Own and manage marketing analytics across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation;
- Develop actionable dashboards and reports using Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Salesforce, and first-party data to enable real-time insights;
- Support lifecycle marketing through data-driven segmentation, cohort analysis, and user journey performance tracking;
- Collaborate with the UCP and Data Science teams to activate unified customer profiles and deliver more intelligent campaigns;
- Deploy AI/ML models (with support from Data Science) to improve churn prediction, upsell targeting, and personalized content delivery;
- Use AI tools to streamline reporting (e.g., natural language insights), automate campaign analytics, and speed up experimentation;
- Design and evaluate marketing experiments (A/B tests, holdouts, incrementality) to guide strategy and optimize performance;
- Integrate campaign data across paid and owned channels to measure end-to-end funnel efficiency (CAC, LTV, ROI, attribution);
- Partner with growth, product, and CRM teams to recommend budget allocation, channel strategy, and creative optimization;
- Present insights and opportunities to senior stakeholders with clarity and business focus.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or product analytics, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS;
- Strong skills in Python, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI);
- Experience with marketing tools like Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, GA4, Salesforce, and Customer.io.;
- Solid grasp of growth metrics: LTV, CAC, retention, churn, funnel conversion, ROI;
- Experience working with or applying AI models (e.g., churn prediction, dynamic segmentation, automated reports);
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Data Science, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams;
- Strong communication skills - able to tell a story with data and influence decisions.
