Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 4) to support the B-52 Commercial Engine Replacement Program (CERP) in San Antonio, TX!
The ideal candidate will have highly analytical and results-driven manufacturing operations experience, along with extensive experience supporting complex aerospace and defense programs. The proven ability to assess production performance, identify operational inefficiencies, and implement data-driven solutions that improve schedule adherence, process flow, and cost performance are crucial. B-52 is a high-visibility program with strict compliance, safety, and documentation requirements, strong expertise in manufacturing metrics, root cause analysis, process improvement, and program execution in support of mission-critical platforms is ideal.
Position Responsibilities - Senior Level 4:
  • Ability to lead teams to work and take initiative to resolve constraints that arise daily
  • Lead and collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Lead and provide direction for multiple Line Side Control Centers (LSCC)
  • Conduct research to obtain constraint knowledge including parts and engineering details to track, status and resolve constraints
  • Investigate and research future schedule to proactively identify constraints, attend line by line review meetings to communicate status
  • Required to attend and or Lead Tier meetings
  • Utilize Ship Side Action Tracker (SAT) system for purpose of tracking constraints
  • Assist with development and implementing process and procedures of site
  • Creating and presenting project proposals to Senior Leadership and to mechanic level
  • Assist LSCC Teammates with research and support of shop floor operations
  • Assist shop with procurement and/or modification of identified tools
  • Work with any level mechanic and team mates to coach on processes and build knowledge and skills
  • Assist with closure of quality corrective actions (IQDS) items and investigation of root cause and solutions
  • Champion the values of Seek, Speak, and Listen to communicate emotional intelligence and with customer service mentality

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience with collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • 5+ years of experience developing, contributing, and/or maintaining processes, policies, and procedures
  • 5+ years of experience accessing aircraft computer data systems to initiate on-line parts and discrepancy requests
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial or military airplane maintenance and/or modification
  • Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Experience in Excel and manipulating data tables and formulas

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experience using GOLD and I-GOLD
  • Experience with Shipside Action Tracker (SAT)
  • Experience leading team in a formal or informal leadership role
  • Project Management experience for small and large projects
  • Previous Line Side Control Center experience
  • Experience with Depot level/ Modification maintenance

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $111,350 - $150,650
