WHAT YOU BRING
- 8+ years of experience in UX/product design, with at least 2+ years leading and mentoring other designers in a fast-paced, cross-functional product environment with direct product design experience, not only visual design

- Hands-on experience implementing comprehensive design systems, balancing consistency, flexibility, and efficiency
- Skilled communicator and storyteller with the ability to influence stakeholders and advocate for design excellence at multiple levels of the organization through strong case study presentation skills
- Extreme comfort with leading a team through uncertainty and ambiguity and setting teams up for maximum success in the face of frequent change
