Role Overview
The Senior Treasury Manager is responsible for managing the company's treasury operations, including global cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking relationships, and risk management. This role plays a key part in optimizing working capital, ensuring financial stability, and supporting strategic finance initiatives.
What You'll Do
Cash & Liquidity Management:
- Monitor and manage daily cash positions to ensure optimal liquidity and funding across global operations
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts
- Optimize working capital and intercompany funding processes
- Ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs
Banking & Treasury Operations:
- Manage relationships with banking partners; negotiate fees, services, and credit facilities
- Oversee treasury systems, bank platforms, and process automation initiatives.
- Administer and improve controls around payments, bank account management, and treasury policies
- Support the implementation and maintenance of treasury management systems (TMS)
Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and manage financial risks including FX and interest rate risk
- As needed, oversee the execution and accounting of hedging strategies
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, KYC).
Debt & Capital Markets Support:
- Assist in managing corporate debt, including compliance with covenants and reporting obligations.
- Support capital structure optimization and financing strategies as needed.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide regular reporting on cash, debt, investments, and FX positions
- Analyze variances and trends in liquidity, interest income/expense, and treasury metrics.
- Partner with FP&A, Tax, Accounting, and Legal on cross-functional initiatives
What You'll Bring Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CTP certification
- 7-10 years of experience in corporate treasury or financial operations
- Strong understanding of global cash management, FX, and banking services
- Proficiency in treasury systems and Excel modeling
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
