This leader reimagines change management as a measurable, intelligence-driven discipline—leveraging AI, automation, behavioral analytics, and predictive insights to proactively identify adoption risks, optimize engagement strategies, and accelerate value capture. The role partners closely with IT, Finance, HR, and business leaders to embed accountability, governance, and measurable outcomes across digital transformation initiatives. This position plays a critical leadership role in shifting the organization from project-based implementations to outcome-based technology transformation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, readiness diagnostics, and adoption risk modeling for enterprise IT initiatives.

AI-Driven Adoption & Behavioral Analytics

  • Design and deploy AI-enabled adoption analytics capabilities leveraging system usage data, workflow metrics, and engagement signals.
  • Implement predictive analytics models to identify adoption risk, resistance patterns, and change fatigue across business units.
  • Leverage AI tools for sentiment analysis (e.g., surveys, feedback channels, collaboration platforms) to measure organizational readiness and change perception.
  • Develop automated dashboards tracking real-time adoption metrics, behavioral shifts, and value realization indicators.
  • Use analytics to segment users by behavior patterns and tailor enablement strategies (training, communications, interventions) accordingly.
  • Partner with data teams to integrate telemetry, ERP/CRM/BIM usage data, and productivity metrics into change insights reporting.

Value Realization & Benefits Governance

  • Design and implement a Value Realization framework for IT investments, including KPI definition, baseline establishment, and benefits ownership alignment.
  • Collaborate with Finance to quantify ROI, productivity gains, cost avoidance, and operational improvements.
  • Establish governance processes to track benefit realization beyond go-live, ensuring sustained value capture.
  • Develop executive-level dashboards linking adoption metrics to financial and operational outcomes.
  • Lead post-implementation value reviews to assess performance against business case assumptions.
  • Drive accountability with business sponsors for benefit delivery and outcome realization.

Organizational Engagement & Change Leadership

  • Oversee enterprise communications strategy for major IT transformations.
  • Guide the IT OCM Lead in developing scalable training, enablement, and reinforcement programs.
  • Drive leadership alignment and sponsor effectiveness through structured engagement plans and executive coaching.
  • Develop change champion networks and digital ambassadors to support sustained adoption.
  • Identify organizational capability gaps and coordinate interventions to improve digital fluency and technology adoption maturity.

Governance, Maturity & Continuous Improvement

  • Embed change enablement metrics into IT PMO governance and stage gate approvals.
  • Establish enterprise change saturation monitoring to prevent overload and initiative fatigue.
  • Develop a Technology Change Maturity Model and conduct periodic assessments.
  • Leverage automation to streamline communications, feedback loops, and reporting workflows.
  • Continuously refine enablement strategies using data insights, lessons learned, and AI-driven recommendations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, agility, experimentation, and measurable business impact.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise the IT OCM Lead and the Value Realization & Communications Lead.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and capability development in data-driven change practices.
  • Establish measurable adoption, engagement, and value realization performance targets.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration across IT, Finance, HR, and business units.
  • Build organizational capability in AI-enabled change management practices.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field required. Master’s degree (MBA, Organizational Leadership, Data Analytics, or related discipline) preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT organizational change, digital transformation, enterprise technology implementation, or related disciplines.
