Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - G&A

As the Senior Manager for G&A Talent Acquisition, you will be a key strategic partner to our G&A leadership, responsible for building the engine that attracts and hires top talent across Legal, Marketing, Finance, and the People Team. This is a role for a leader who understands that we win with a high-performance team and is passionate about building a diverse, world-class organization that will drive our future success.
About this roll (What you’ll deliver)
- Drive Bar-Raising Results: Lead and develop a team to consistently meet and exceed ambitious hiring goals across all G&A functions, from high-volume roles to strategic leadership positions.
- Be a Trusted Strategic Partner: Act as a true partner to G&A Leadership, Finance, and People teams. Use data and market insights to build hiring strategies that align with aggressive business objectives and navigate the complexities of high-growth businesses. Focus on strong stakeholder management with senior team members.
- Innovate and Scale Our Operations: Drive operational excellence by owning recruiting metrics like time-to-fill, pipeline velocity, and offer-acceptance rates. Identify opportunities for process improvements and scalable solutions that drive efficiency and a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Build Diverse, High-Performing Teams: Champion our belief that diverse teams drive better results by embedding equitable hiring practices into every aspect of the recruitment lifecycle. Coach teams to build talent pipelines that reflect the diversity of the communities we serve.
- Develop Our People: Uphold our commitment to building leaders from within by actively coaching and mentoring teams. Foster a culture of high performance, psychological safety, and continuous development, creating growth opportunities for direct reports.
- Navigate Ambiguity and Complexity: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where business needs can change quickly. Lead teams through evolving priorities, such as launching new G&A initiatives or expanding into new international markets.
Do you have the right ingredients? (What we're looking for)
- Progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, and proven experience leading and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
- Preferred experience working in G&A functions (Finance, Legal, Marketing, HR/People)
- A strong background in full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced, high-growth environment (SaaS or technology company experience preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic partner, using data to influence senior leaders and drive business outcomes.
- A track record of driving operational improvements and scaling recruiting functions.
- A deep commitment to building diverse and inclusive teams.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).
