Software Integration Engineering: Knowledge of software integration processes and functions; ability to design, develop and maintain interfaces and linkage to alternative platforms and software packages.
Software Product Design/Architecture: Knowledge of software product design; ability to convert market requirements into the software product design.
Software Quality Assurance and Testing: Knowledge of software quality assurance and testing; ability to apply appropriate processes, tools, and techniques for assuring a high level of quality in computer software products and systems.
IT Service Management (ITSM): Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) service; ability to manage IT services and oversee service operations.

- Own delivery: Guide two teams to ship secure, high‑quality features on time. Apply traditional analytics and GenAI where they measurably improve user outcomes.
- Empower and develop teams: Oversee performance of individual team members and the team. Identify and address staff training and development needs. Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous growth. Attract, mentor, and retain individual team members.
- Provide technical support and direction: Coordinate walkthroughs and reviews ensuring conformance to standards and adherence to design specifications.
- Develop leaders: Coach tech leads. Build an inclusive, high‑performance culture across dispersed U.S. and global teams.
- Cross-functional influence: Balance technical capabilities with business priorities in partnership with Product, Analytics, Platform, and Operations.
- Communicate with clarity: Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Share progress, risks, and opportunities with senior leadership and stakeholders.
