NOBULL is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Programs to lead our sales channel expansion strategy and execution. This role is central to our growth, focused on identifying the right partners, building internal capabilities, and managing the P&L to drive scalable, profitable results. You’ll play a key role in evolving our go-to-market approach beyond our current single-channel model, helping shape the next phase of NOBULL’s business.

Responsibilities:

  • This role will work cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, supply chain, and finance to meet growth targets aligned with the brand vision. It will need to earn the support of cross-functional partners despite managing smaller revenue channels.
  • Partner closely with supply chain and finance on new capabilities and ways of working to meet the demands of new lines of business. Will need to establish pricing and promo parameters, back-end programs, and determine how best to align with vendor compliance requirements.
  • Represent the NOBULL brand and business effectively with all external stakeholders. Be a reliable partner and foster long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketplaces and distributors on item setup, merchandising, and site experience, as well as on deploying marketing dollars to boost the business. Work with retail partners to manage operations while driving growth.
  • Manage partner contracts and ensure that terms work positively for NOBULL. Negotiate costs to create win-win scenarios that support long-term growth.
  • Constantly monitor the marketplace and identify opportunities to gain market share and grow the NOBULL business.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience working with marketplaces, Amazon, wholesalers, and/or retail partners.
  • Experience in Merchandise Buying, Category Management, and Account Management preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and in-depth understanding of a P&L. P&L experience preferred; at minimum, candidates must have successfully managed a budget—sales, marketing, or otherwise—and demonstrated the ability to overachieve targets.
  • Operational knowledge in soft goods businesses. Proven track record of collaborating with supply chain, inventory, and operations teams.
  • Ability to work independently and focus on results
  • Be scrappy with a can-do, problem-solving attitude. See the opportunity in the business and develop a plan to achieve it.
  • Must be in Boston and in the office Monday through Thursday.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
