The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
RTX has an opening for a Sr. Manager, S/4 HANA Data and Analytics (Sr. Manager, Business Systems and Transformation) position.
RTX launched oneRTX focused on leveraging the scale of our three business units to improve collaboration, cost structure, productivity, and performance. The oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation (PST) project is one of several major, multi-year initiatives under oneRTX that align to our goals as a company and optimize how we work, how we operate and how we deliver to our customers so that we can achieve our full potential.
oneRTX: PST will harmonize processes, tools, and metrics across RTX, while deploying a common enterprise resource management platform – SAP’s S/4 HANA. The result will be a common user experience across the businesses, real-time visibility into critical data, and automation of manual tasks enabling all employees to focus on value-add activities. With processes optimized and harmonized, we will leverage our scale so teams across RTX can share resources, leverage talent seamlessly and identify efficiencies. We will reduce cost and effort and improve performance as we break down silos and establish consistent ways of working.
What You Will Do:
- Lead data and analytics activities in the process workstreams in support of the oneRTX Process and Systems Transformation (oneRTX:PST) initiative, supporting the RTX ERP transformation.
- Partner with leaders and subject matter experts across workstreams, functions and businesses to develop the strategy and execution of data and analytics within workstreams in support of the RTX ERP transformation.
- Responsible for implementing strategy and working with digital teams to successfully complete all aspects of data and analytics requirements and design across workstreams.
- Support the design, preparation and validation of the future data model by being a Subject Matter Expert in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and driving consistency and control across functions who use SAP MDG such as Supply Chain, Customers and Finance.
- Through the data migration activities, lead testing and validation of the migrated data to ensure data is reconciled and as expected.
- Understand the internal control expectations for the data activities to ensure data is migrated in a controlled way and there is a robust audit trail to satisfy any audit requirements.
- Ensure data is governed in a way that enables reliability and security of data and restrictions are applied where necessary.
- Support process readiness activities across cross-functional and workstreams to ensure operational teams can execute their operational tasks as expected post go-live
- Work cross-functionally with the Boundary Applications teams to ensure the applications and automations processes are tested and ready for go-live. Support post go-live activities in relation to boundary applications and automations.
- Bring a continuous improvement mindset to the role by using the CORE Operating System in all aspects of your role to ensure processes are improved and problems are solved using robust and sustainable methods.
- Travel up to 25% to lead or participate in workshops and meetings
Qualifications you must have:
- Minimum of 10+ years’ data management experience and a bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM), Finance, Business or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree
- Advanced understanding of data governance, data quality, data modelling, and functional data usage with experience in ERP environments, preferably with SAP S/4HANA.
- Skilled at leading and facilitating data workshops, create data models, and conduct data profiling and analysis and engaging stakeholders to collect use cases and requirements
- Experience with large-scale data projects, including data readiness and validation activities across multiple business units within complex organizations.
Qualifications we prefer:
- Functional experience with data in Record to Report, Source to Pay and Opportunity to Cash Workstreams
- Experience with prior SAP, ECC or S/4 implementations or on other enterprise system implementation projects
- Proficient in the use of data modelling and reporting tools such as Power BI, Business Warehouse and Snowflake
- Preferred advanced CORE experience as a Champion or Professional or Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt Certifications
- Ability to travel up to 25%

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
