  • Deliver executive-level reporting, business reviews, and actionable insights to the CRO and other senior leaders, informing strategic decision-making.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, HR, and Finance to ensure strategic alignment and drive operational excellence.

  • Champion continuous process improvement by identifying operational roadblocks and implementing high-impact solutions.

  • Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture; empower direct reports to innovate, experiment, and drive measurable results.

  • Mentor, develop, and retain top talent within the Revenue Operations team, identifying skill gaps and supporting career growth.

  • Balance high-level strategic thinking with a bias for execution – rolling up your sleeves to turn plans into tangible outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  •  5+ years of experience in revenue operations, with proven ability to build and scale teams.

  • Background in SaaS or technology industries; experience with both scaling and mature organizations preferred.

  • Strong expertise in GTM strategy, revenue planning, and operational execution.

  • Track record of optimizing sales processes, implementing new systems, and improving performance.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing sales compensation plans and incentive programs.

  • Skilled in financial planning, forecasting, and analyzing sales performance metrics, preferably in SaaS models.

  • Effective communicator with advanced analytical, coaching, and change management abilities; adept at facilitation and driving alignment.

  • Proficient in leveraging AI-driven tools and data to inform strategy and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Results-driven, with a passion for innovation, team development, and continuous improvement.

The base salary for this role ranges from $160,000 - $200,000 + bonus + benefits. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
