About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
2,100+ customers across 80+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $200M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

The Role

As Senior Regional Manager, Workplace Americas, you will own the strategy, performance, and growth of Legora's real estate and workplace portfolio across the Americas. You will set the direction for where and how our offices scale, lead the team that runs them, and be accountable for every office in the region being safe, well run, and unmistakably Legora.

This is a senior leadership role for a builder who wants to own a fast-growing portfolio end to end. You will turn headcount plans and business priorities into a clear regional roadmap, drive the real estate pipeline from serviced office openings to expansions and renewals, lead office launches from concept through stabilization, and build the systems, team, and operating rhythm that let us scale without losing quality. You will partner closely with the Director of Workplace, Design & Build, IT, Security, People, Finance, Legal, and company leadership, and you will be the person they trust to make the call and see it through.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Americas workplace strategy: Build and maintain a multi-year regional roadmap tied to headcount forecasts, team needs, and business strategy. Recommend when and where to expand, consolidate, sublease, or bridge with flexible space, bring clear recommendations to the Director of Workplace and leadership, and drive decisions to completion.

  • Own the real estate pipeline: Own serviced office openings, expansions, and renewals across the Americas, from market evaluation and broker management through negotiation and signature. Drive a significant share of our larger lease deals, including New York and HQ spaces, in partnership with the Director of Workplace.

  • Lead office launches end to end: Partner with Design & Build on buildouts, and own delivery from planning through move-in and stabilization. Build plans with clear milestones, owners, budgets, and risks, and keep them moving when conditions change.

  • Build and lead the team: Lead, coach, and grow Workplace Managers and Coordinators across the region. Set clear expectations, delegate real ownership, and create an operating model that supports strong local execution.

  • Set the standard: Define what every Americas office should look, feel, and operate like, in partnership with your International counterpart, so the experience is consistent globally while each location keeps what makes it distinct.

  • Run reliable operations at scale: Oversee hard and soft services, including maintenance, cleaning, front-of-house, food, visitor experience, and office services. Build playbooks, service levels, preventative maintenance plans, inspection routines, and escalation paths that scale.

  • Own the budget and business cases: Manage regional operating and capital budgets with discipline and transparency. Forecast spend, occupancy, and lease commitments, track variances, negotiate strong commercial terms with landlords and vendors, and find smart ways to improve quality or reduce cost.

  • Use data to drive decisions: Own regional KPIs across capacity, utilization, cost per seat, service quality, and employee experience. Use the data to challenge assumptions, anticipate constraints, and improve the portfolio over time.

  • Own health, safety, and compliance: Ensure every office meets relevant regulations and safety standards, and partner with Security on business continuity and incident response.

  • Make the office a force multiplier: Partner with People and leaders on workplace programs that strengthen onboarding, collaboration, and culture, so employees, candidates, and customers feel the difference when they walk in.

  • Be the calm owner when things go sideways: Manage incidents, landlord issues, project risks, and competing priorities with urgency and sound judgment. Communicate early, bring options, and close the loop.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in workplace, facilities, or corporate real estate, including meaningful ownership of a multi-site portfolio

  • 5+ years leading managers, with a track record of building and scaling teams

  • Proven track record negotiating commercial leases, managing brokers, and opening or expanding offices in a fast-growing company, from site search through move-in

  • Strong commercial and financial judgment: comfortable building occupancy models, evaluating deal economics, managing operating and capital budgets, and building a business case

  • Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and comfort reading drawings and schematics

  • Exceptional project leadership across multiple locations and time zones, with risks surfacing early and stakeholders never left guessing

  • Clear, direct communication: you can write a crisp recommendation for executives, hold a vendor or landlord accountable, and explain a change warmly to employees

  • Systems thinking: you fix the immediate problem and build the playbook that keeps it from coming back

  • Low ego and high ownership: you want to own this end to end, and you're energized by moving between strategy and hands-on execution in a company where the playbook is still being written

  • Ability to travel regularly across the region and occasionally internationally

What’s In It For You

  • Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients domestic and internationally.

  • Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success.

  • Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily.

  • In-person environment: NYC office designed for ambitious builders.

  • Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package:
