The Senior Manager, Quality System Innovation, GoSolo Site Deployment will play a pivotal role in helping to design and execute the future of our organization's autologous drug product manufacturing capability. This position is responsible for quality partnership in the design and implementation of next-generation technologies which support the need to reach a wider patient population through improved cost while sustaining our commitment to excellence. This role will also own the implementation of future state Quality System processes. This person will lead projects which integrate advanced technologies and methodologies, ensuring our systems are robust, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices.

Monday – Friday, Standard Working Hours, Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Quality System Deployment: Lead the implementation and maintenance of next generation Quality System processes in collaboration with the GoSolo and HyperCell teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and Improve Quality Systems: Evaluate the effectiveness of current quality systems post-deployment and propose improvements or corrective actions as needed to enhance performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with QC, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and IT teams to facilitate the integration and operationalization of quality system processes and technologies.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, focusing on operational performance and quality assurance.
  • Cultivate Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging existing technologies and methodologies within the quality team.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Life Sciences); advanced degree preferred.
  • Significant experience in Quality Systems management, typically achieved through 8+ years of experience, with a proven track record of leading initiatives and driving innovation.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to quality systems.
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of Quality Risk Management and lean manufacturing principles
  • Demonstrated capability in leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability challenge status quo and implement disruptive solutions.
