About the Role
The Senior Manager of Proposals owns the proposal operating model, governance, and performance across the organization. This role scales proposal operations to support growth while improving efficiency, quality, and win rates.
Responsibilities
1. Proposal Operating Model & Governance
· Define proposal engagement model, SLAs, and governance.
· Own proposal standards, processes, and best practices.
2. Performance & Optimization
· Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
· Identify trends and risks; lead corrective actions.
3. Systems & Enablement
· Partner on proposal tooling and content strategy.
· Oversee documentation and enablement programs.
4. Leadership & Planning
· Lead managers and senior ICs.
· Own capacity planning and organizational design.
Experience and Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in proposals or commercial leadership
- 3+ years managing teams or managers
Salary Band - $140,000 – 170,000 Salary offered will be based on candidates experience level.
