Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Program Management, to support and drive our clinical programs. You will utilize your project management skills to ensure programs are operationally on track, establish best practices, and contribute to special projects. This role involves collaboration with Program Leads and functional representatives to advance our pipeline

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Integrated Development Plan
  • Communicate progress and escalate critical issues
  • Identify and manage risks
  • Support Program Leads in setting goals and planning workshops
  • Provide team and meeting management
  • Ensure effective coordination of activities across functions
  • Support implementation of PM systems and best practices
  • Serve as an internal consultant for special projects
  • Supporting management of internal governance and decision-making

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s with 8+ years of R&D and/or drug development project management experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of project management software/tools
  • Ability to manage team dynamics and handle multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing drugs for oncology and/or orphan diseases
  • Project management certification
