Job Description:
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager to facilitate the execution of our strategic portfolio of work in support of our Securing the Arches Strategy. We are moving fast and are adding to our outstanding team and joining McDonald's means thinking big every day and preparing for a career that will impact the world. Over the last several years, we have launched home delivery, radically improved the digital experiences of our restaurants, introduced mobile pay, and have so much more to come. These critical initiatives require strong leadership to ensure compliance with policies, standards, regulatory requirements.
The Cybersecurity Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and handling cybersecurity portfolios, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. This role involves demand management, portfolio management, project/solution oversight, and business value realization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, project management, and strategic planning, with shown leadership experience.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Design and handle cybersecurity portfolios of strategic objectives and projects that implement the organization's strategic vision and mission while achieving business objectives.
  • Supervise the intake and prioritization process for new projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure efficient resource utilization and forecasting of cybersecurity resources.
  • Coordinate with partners to refine proposed project requirements and scope.
  • Develop and maintain a project supervising database and standard project reporting processes.
  • Supervise the execution of cybersecurity projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervise and report on the effectiveness of cybersecurity programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the business value of cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the cybersecurity program managers and other team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Support the professional development of team members through coaching and training.

The expected salary range for this role is $149,260.00 - $190,310.00 per year

Qualifications:
Basic Qualification

  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Proven experience in portfolio and program management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with globally dispersed teams with light direction.
  • Ability to create presentations.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines handling multiple key business priorities.
  • Ability to address very sophisticated problems and deal with a variety of work situations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.


Preferred Qualification:

  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or CISM
