About this RoleThe Senior Manager, Product Strategy serves as the senior, business-facing product leader responsible for ensuring One Pass remains competitive, differentiated, and aligned with the evolving needs of clients, members, and partners.
While One Pass benefits from strong technical product leadership focused on building and operating its digital platforms (including the member app and portal, website, partner portals, and back-office systems), this role fills a critical gap by owning the business product layer. This includes bringing deep market insight, customer understanding, and strategic prioritization to define what we build—and why.
This role is accountable for setting the product strategy and roadmap for One Pass offerings across the markets we serve, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth opportunities.
The Senior Manager will partner closely with Research, UX Design, Growth, Marketing, Network, and Technical Product teams to translate business needs into clear product requirements, prioritize investments, and deliver industry-leading, user-centered experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Market Leadership
Own the end to end product strategy for One Pass core products across Medicare and Employer segments.
Continuously assess market trends, client needs, competitive offerings, and end user behavior to ensure One Pass remains relevant and differentiated.
Champion the evolution of the One Pass product portfolio to drive competitiveness and long term growth.
Define and maintain a clear product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectives
Partner closely with Growth and Sales to incorporate market feedback, inform competitive positioning, and support forward-looking product messaging.
Business & User Representation
Serve as the primary advocate for:
Clients (health plans and employers)
Buyers and decision makers
End users (members and partners)
Collaborate with UX and Experience teams to deeply understand buyer journeys, member needs, and usability gaps.
Ensure insights from research, analytics, and feedback loops are effectively translated into product decisions and priorities.
Investment Prioritization & Roadmap Management
Define and manage investment priorities across features, capabilities, and enhancements.
Balance innovation, operational improvements, and regulatory or client-driven requirements.
Make clear, date-drive tradeoffs to focus resources on the highest value opportunities .
Maintain roadmap transparency and alignment across stakeholders.
Product Requirements & Delivery Enablement
Translate business strategy into actionable product artifacts, including:
Clear product requirements
Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Partner with Technical Product and Engineering teams to ensure requirements are feasible, well-scoped, and aligned to delivery timelines.
Drive efficient execution while maintaining high standards for product quality and user experience.
Value Added Benefits Ownership
Own and evolve the strategy for value added benefits (VAB) within One Pass.
Identify, evaluate, and curate new benefit offerings that enhance and differentiate the core product.
Manage the full lifecycle of VABs- from from concept and partner selction through launch and ongoing performance optimization.
Ensure offerings remain compelling, competitive, and aligned with member and client needs.

You consistently translate strategy into high-impact products, balancing disciplined execution with the ability to navigate ambiguity and evolving priorities. You are a collaborative leader who partners effectively across functions to turn insights into action and outcomes.
You are passionate about shaping a modern, differentiated product portfolio, including value-added benefits and device integrations that enhance the member experience. Above all, you create clarity, ensuring teams understand what matters most, why it matters, and how to execute with focus, speed and purpose.
Required Qualifications7+ years of experience leading products, programs, or business portfolios, ideally in healthcare, insurance, or adjacent industries
Demonstrated ability to own, evolve and deliver on a product roadmap within complex, cross-fucntional environments
Experience translating business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical artifacts
Strong business judgment with a track record of making informed, data-driven tradeoff decisions
Ability to operate effectively at both the strategic tactical levels.
Experience in healthcare, including health plans, Medicare products, or employer-sponsored benefits
Experience working in highly regulated environments
Familiarity with digital consumer products, platforms, or marketplace models
Experience managing partner driven or benefit based product offerings
Work Location & Eligibility
One Pass Solutions, Inc. offers a flexible work environment. We operate as a hybrid company in the Minnesota–St. Paul Twin Cities area, where team members are expected to work in-office three days per week. We also support remote work across a number of U.S. states.
