The Sr. Manager, Product Marketing will play a critical role in shaping the go-to-market strategy for our products and solutions. This role will act as the voice of the customer, helping to define product positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and market intelligence. This hire will be responsible for supporting Sales Enablement and Demand Generation, creating compelling content that highlights how CoderPad helps solve technical recruiting challenges and drive business impact. You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and the Executive Leadership Team to ensure our products resonate with our target audience and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
  • Create and maintain messaging and positioning hierarchies aligned to solutions, verticals, and personas.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to influence product roadmap decisions based on market insights and customer feedback.
  • Drive competitive intelligence efforts, developing content that positions CoderPad effectively against competitors.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including training content, pitch decks, battle cards, and sales collateral.
  • Support demand generation campaigns with high-quality content that drives awareness and moves prospects down the funnel.
  • Partner with Content Marketing to create a regular cadence of impactful content across multiple formats (video, long form, short form).
  • Create and execute a website content update strategy aligned with messaging hierarchy.
  • Act as a customer advocate within the marketing team, gathering insights and customer feedback to inform product marketing efforts.
  • Provide feedback to Product on market trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and manage sales training programs to ensure the team can effectively articulate the CoderPad value proposition.

Background & Experience

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience in a growth-stage SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing GTM strategies.
  • Ability to context switch between high-level strategy and tactical execution.
  • Significant content creation experience across multiple formats.
  • Experience with competitive intelligence, messaging, and persona development.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across Product, Sales, CS, RevOps, and Marketing.
  • Enterprise sales enablement experience.
  • Solutions-oriented approach, balancing product functionality with customer needs and business impact.
