Leads end-to-end program delivery and adoption of CRC Specialty’s digital products (including REDY). Translates product strategy into executable program plans, timelines, and operating processes that drive coordinated delivery, sustained adoption, and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program planning and execution, translating product roadmaps into structured plans with clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables across Product, Technology, Operations, and Specialty leadership

  • Drive cross-functional execution, ensuring alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Training

  • Establish and manage program governance, including operating cadence, status reporting, and escalation paths

  • Track and manage dependencies, risks, and issues across workstreams, driving resolution and mitigation

  • Integrate enablement, training, and communications into program and release plans to ensure launch readiness and adoption

  • Define and track adoption, engagement, delivery performance, and business impact metrics; use data to continuously optimize execution and rollout strategies

  • Serve as central orchestrator across teams, driving alignment on priorities, timelines, and business outcomes

  • Establish feedback loops from field to product to inform prioritization, release planning, and continuous improvement

  • Support development of reporting across REDY and Specialty technology platforms

Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years in program management, product operations, enablement, or digital transformation

  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams

  • Experience translating product strategy into executable plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables

  • Strong experience managing dependencies, risks, and cross-team alignment

  • Experience driving adoption of enterprise platforms and coordinating large-scale rollouts

  • Data-driven with ability to translate insights into action

  • Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills

  • Delivery against defined program timelines, milestones, and scope

  • Effective management of cross-functional dependencies, risks, and alignment

  • Increased adoption and usage of REDY and related platforms

  • Improved producer efficiency and engagement

  • Consistent, data-driven reporting on adoption, delivery performance, and business impact

  • Effective, well-coordinated product launches with strong enablement and communication

  • Strong alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Training
