About the Role
Hungryroot is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Analytics to shape our customer experience and lead a high-performing team to uncover insights and guide product initiatives that fuel growth. Partnering with cross-functional leaders across the organization, you will oversee analytics for high-priority product areas, build experimentation capabilities, and translate insights into strategy. You’ll set the long-term direction for the analytics team, cultivate talent, and champion a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, AI/ML, Marketing and Finance teams to identify key areas of opportunity and define metrics aligned with business goals.
- Analyze user behavior, product performance, and customer friction, to generate actionable insights that inform product strategy.
- Shape the product roadmap by sizing opportunities and quantifying business impact, modeling ROI, and aligning stakeholders on the highest-value product investments.
- Develop and manage scalable dashboards, KPIs, automated reports and self-serving tooling to provide visibility into product health and performance.
- Own and scale experimentation frameworks (including A/B and multivariate testing) to ensure consistent, rigorous measurement of product performance and feature success
- Advance the product analytics function by leveraging AI, machine learning and modern statistical methods (i.e. regression, causal inference, predictive modeling) to strengthen insights, streamline workflows, and promote best-in-class practices.
- Act as a thought partner to senior leadership, translating complex data into compelling narratives that support strategic decisions.
- Lead and develop Product Analysts, providing guidance on technical skills, stakeholder management, and career growth.
- Foster a culture of data literacy and continuous improvement by aligning cross-functional teams on objectives, key metrics, analytical techniques, and data governance.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of Product Analytics experience
- 2+ years of experience managing a team
- Experience working within or alongside Product, Engineering, and Design pods to influence and execute on product roadmap initiatives through data-driven insights
- Advanced SQL skills, with an ability to create new tables & schemas on an ad hoc basis
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to distill complex analyses into clear, compelling insights for executive audiences.
- Proven experience establishing or scaling Product Analytics processes, frameworks, and team structures in a product-led organization
- Hyper organized project manager: self-driven motivation with a high degree of organization, efficiency, and attention to detail
- User behavior analysis and reporting with Segment, Heap, Amplitude, Kafka or similar tools.

Expected Base Pay Range:
$185,000 - $215,000
