Anduril is seeking a Senior Manager, Pricing Operations to join our dynamic, growing finance team located at our headquarters office in Costa Mesa, CA. The Senior Manager, Pricing Operations will coordinate and oversee a team to develop pricing strategies and guidance to ensure the creation of compliant and profitable proposals. The role will provide support for development of Anduril’s most critical cost and price proposals while providing reporting to senior leadership on critical proposal pipeline information. This position will ensure Anduril’s compliance with complex pricing requirements to include Certified Cost and Pricing Data and Cost Accounting Standards as well as providing guidance on the disclosure of other than Certified Cost and Pricing Data and commercial pricing techniques. We’re looking for someone who has excellent technical and communication skills, as this employee be leading and collaborating with many internal teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a team to develop pricing strategies and guidance to ensure the creation of compliant and profitable proposals
- Provide oversight and expertise in the development of cost/price proposals requiring Certified Cost and Pricing Data, other than Certified Cost and Pricing Data, and commercial proposals.
- Provide guidance on the calculation of gross margin and profitability for various contract types.
- Develop and present proposal and pipeline data to senior Anduril leadership.
- Play an active role in government proposal audits.
Who You Are:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred
- 8+ year(s) of government pricing experience with direct involvement in developing Certified Cost and Pricing Data proposals
- Proven ability to support commercial pricing to government customers
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information to company executives
- Experience in leading a team
- Experience with government pricing tools, such as ProPricer
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
