Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
2,100+ customers across 80+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $200M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
The RoleLegora has grown from $1M to over $200M in annual recurring revenue in less than two years, doubling from $100M to $200M in under six months. Our Growth organisation has scaled from zero to 400 people in just 18 months, with teams across the US, Europe, and APAC. As we continue to expand into new markets, building strong leaders, maintaining high performance standards, and getting the organisational structure right will be critical to our success.
We're looking for a Lead People Partner to own the global people agenda for Growth, working directly with our CRO and their leadership team. You'll help shape how the organisation grows, strengthen management capability, and build the structures needed to support a high-performing commercial team.
This is a global role with significant ownership. You'll also work closely with regional People Partners, providing direction, developing their capabilities, and bringing consistency to how we support Growth teams across different markets.
What You’ll DoAs our Lead People Partner for Global Growth, you'll be a trusted advisor to the CRO and their leadership team, helping shape the organisation as we scale while driving strong performance, accountability, and organisational effectiveness.
We're looking for someone who understands the commercial side of the business, builds strong relationships with senior leaders, and is comfortable challenging decisions when needed. You'll need to think strategically while staying close to the day-to-day challenges of a fast-growing organisation.
Specifically, you will:
Own the global people agenda for Growth, partnering with the CRO and their leadership team on org design, workforce planning, headcount decisions, and team structure as the business expands into new markets.
Work closely with regional People Partners across the US, Europe, and APAC, providing direction through dotted-line relationships, developing their capabilities, and bringing consistency to how we support the Growth organisation globally.
Build a deep understanding of the business, its commercial priorities, and the challenges facing leaders. Identify organisational risks and capability gaps early, helping leaders make better decisions as their teams scale.
Set and maintain a high performance bar. Drive performance calibration, coach leaders through difficult conversations, and address performance challenges early.
Strengthen management capability across Growth. Many of our teams have grown quickly, with managers taking on larger teams and greater responsibilities. You'll help them develop the skills, judgement, and accountability needed to lead effectively.
Lead talent and succession planning across Growth, identifying leadership gaps and helping develop the capabilities needed for the next phase of growth.
Act as the primary connection between Growth and the wider People organisation, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, People Operations, and People Tech, ensuring our people priorities support the needs of the business.
You understand the connection between people decisions and business performance, and you're comfortable holding yourself accountable to the same outcomes as the leaders you partner with.
We're looking for:
Significant experience in a senior People Partner role, ideally within a high-growth global B2B SaaS or enterprise technology business.
A strong track record as a trusted advisor to senior revenue or GTM leadership. You're comfortable discussing pipeline, quotas, territory design, and headcount planning, and understand how people decisions affect commercial performance.
Experience partnering with teams across multiple markets, ideally the US and EMEA, with the ability to balance global consistency with local business needs.
Experience coaching and developing other People Partners, influencing through dotted-line relationships, and bringing teams together without relying on formal reporting lines.
Deep experience across the full people agenda, including org design, performance management, leadership development, compensation, employee relations, and organisational change.
Strong commercial judgement and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders, influence difficult decisions, and hold leaders accountable to high standards.
Comfortable building from scratch and operating in ambiguity. You bring structure where needed, move quickly, and don't wait for perfect conditions to make progress.
A hands-on approach. You're equally comfortable advising senior leaders, developing regional People Partners, and working through complex organisational challenges yourself.
Solid working knowledge of US employment law. Multi-jurisdictional experience across the US and EMEA is a strong advantage.
Motivated by building high-performing teams and developing strong leaders, with a clear understanding of how performance, accountability, and organisational effectiveness contribute to business results.
Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America.
