Swoop, a market leader in privacy-safe, award-winning omnichannel healthcare marketing, connects patients, healthcare providers (HCPs), and brands at scale across all channels. Our teams leverage the power of AI-driven technology combined with real-world data (RWD), first- and zero-party data, and engagement data, to empower pharmaceutical marketers to make faster, more precise decisions that improve patient outcomes.

At Swoop, our mission is to create a future where technology seamlessly connects patients and HCPs in a privacy-safe way, improving the patient journey and driving better health outcomes. Swoop has experienced significant growth and demonstrated an unwavering commitment to innovation, talent development, and enhancing the patient experience. Our acquisition of MyHealthTeam in January 2025 brought vibrant social communities into our omnichannel suite, further bridging the gap between healthcare brands and patients for more impactful and targeted engagement.

We believe our people are our greatest asset. Swoop fosters a culture of innovation and continuous learning, providing employees with rich opportunities for professional growth. This commitment to our team earned us the "Best Places to Work" recognition from Business Intelligence Group in 2025, based on a survey of over 100 employees. We are driven by a patient-first philosophy and are passionate about leveraging technology to create a healthier future.

If you're a driven professional seeking to make a real difference in healthcare marketing at a fast-growing, innovative company, join Swoop and help us revolutionize how brands connect with patients and HCPs.

About the role

At Swoop Communities, we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual who thrives on deciphering data to uncover trends and guide strategic decisions. If you possess a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape, media analytics, and emerging AI-driven data solutions, we'd love to welcome you aboard.

Join our Partner Results team in a pivotal role that collaborates across Marketing, AdOps, Partnership Success, Business Development, and more. You will evaluate media campaign performance, develop proactive optimization strategies, and increasingly leverage AI-powered tools and automation to scale insights and improve decision-making.

You will also engage directly with media agency clients, translating campaign objectives and KPIs into data-driven strategies — enhanced by predictive modeling, automated insight generation, and advanced analytics.

What you'll do

  • Developing comprehensive campaign measurement plans, KPIs, and benchmarks to enable robust performance tracking
  • Leveraging third-party data within Swoop Communities’ internal analytics platform to monitor campaign performance and conduct trend analyses
  • Applying AI-driven analytics (e.g., predictive modeling, anomaly detection, and automated insight generation) to identify performance drivers and optimization opportunities
  • Continuously monitoring and evaluating campaign performance across brands and conditions, incorporating machine-assisted analysis where appropriate
  • Collating and synthesizing data across conditions and brands to forecast campaign performance, including for new or data-sparse campaigns
  • Building scalable frameworks and tools (including AI-assisted workflows) to bridge data gaps and improve speed-to-insight
  • Delivering monthly performance insights and narratives across campaigns/brands to internal cross-functional teams
  • Translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights using data visualization and AI-assisted storytelling tools
  • Compiling campaign performance data to craft compelling, data-backed case studies for RFPs
  • Establishing consistent processes for performance check-ins and quarterly business reviews, incorporating automated reporting where possible
  • Leading client calls and using data (including modeled or inferred insights) to guide strategic discussions and gather feedback

Qualifications

  • A background in business, bioscience, marketing, economics, data science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in media or data analytics within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • A strong analytical mindset and experience working with large, complex datasets
  • Experience leveraging AI/ML tools or platforms for data analysis, forecasting, or automation (e.g., predictive modeling, clustering, NLP-based insights, or anomaly detection)
  • Familiarity with integrating AI tools (e.g., Python-based workflows, SQL, or AI-assisted analytics platforms) into day-to-day analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or similar tools for data visualization and storytelling
  • Experience building automated dashboards or workflows to scale reporting and insight generation
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods, forecasting, and scenario analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses (including AI-driven outputs) into clear business insights
  • Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and influence stakeholders with data-backed recommendations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and organization
  • Experience assessing media performance for pharmaceutical campaigns is a plus
  • Familiarity with third-party datasets such as Crossix, IQVIA, Symphony, and Comscore is highly desirable|

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience building or using AI assistants, automated insight-generation tools, or data pipelines
  • Exposure to prompt engineering or working with large language models (LLMs) for analytics or reporting workflows
  • Basic proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar tools for advanced analytics and automation
  • Experience designing scalable knowledge bases or systems to incorporate historical campaign learnings

Proven Ability To Overcome These Challenges Is a Must

Operating in a lean team — You’ll not only drive partner results but also help build scalable processes, including automation and AI-enabled workflows, in collaboration with cross-functional partners.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
