POSITION PURPOSE
We are seeking a strategic, systems-minded Senior Manager, Organizational Alignment to serve as a cross-functional integrator who advances enterprise-wide priorities, streamlines operational practices, and embeds scalable processes that drive clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes. This role combines expertise in project and change management, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement to build enterprise capability and ensure consistent, high-quality value delivery to our members. This role requires thought leadership, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to influence at all levels.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Project & Process Leadership
Lead enterprise-level, cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.
Develop and manage frameworks, dashboards, and governance models to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
Apply advanced project management methodologies and tools to optimize timelines, resources, and cross-team coordination.
Process Architecture & Operational Enablement
Design and institutionalize scalable, repeatable processes across business functions to enhance operational efficiency and member value.
Identify systemic inefficiencies and recommend high-impact improvements using data-driven insights.
Develop and own toolkits, workflows, and playbooks that serve as internal infrastructure for change, scalability, and continuous improvement.
Organizational Change & Communication Strategy
Lead the design and deployment of change management strategies for new processes, operating models, or business transformations.
Partner with senior leaders to drive strategic communication efforts, ensuring transparency, alignment, and engagement.
Serve as an internal advisor on best practices related to enterprise change, stakeholder impact, and performance enablement.

Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable synthesizing information and engaging diverse stakeholders.
Highly tech savvy with the ability to quickly adopt and troubleshoot new technology as well as identify, source and implement new tools and systems.
EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND
Minimum of 10 years of experience with demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives, preferably in complex or member-driven environments.
Previous experience in consulting (GovTech, nonprofit), product management, user experience, design thinking or similar/transferable spaces. Recognized for thought leadership and significant contributions to enterprise strategy, operations, or transformation.
Proven experience in change management, including the ability to lead and support organizational transitions effectively.
Experience collaborating across multi-level, complex stakeholder environments.
Experience advising executive leadership is highly desirable.
EDUCATION/TRAINING/CERTIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours as needed to accommodate members and team members in multiple time zones.
Ability to work for extended hours at a computer screen.
Willingness and ability to travel, domestically and internationally, without restrictions, approximately 20% per year.
