Pluralsight is seeking a Senior Manager, North America Talent Acquisition to lead our recruiting efforts and help us find the best talent to continue our mission of shaping the future of tech. What you'll do:
Lead with Vision: You'll be the driving force behind our North America talent acquisition strategy, working directly with the Head of Talent Acquisition to develop innovative plans that align with our ambitious business objectives.
Build & Grow Teams: You'll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategy to execution, for a variety of business functions. You'll also hire, train, and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they have the skills and resources to succeed.
Strategize & Innovate: You'll be a master of forecasting, predicting hiring needs, and proactively developing strategies to ensure we have the right talent at the right time. You'll also lead key projects to enhance our hiring processes and candidate experience.
Partner & Influence: You'll serve as a key partner to our People Business Partners, Finance team, and business leaders, providing data-driven insights and strategic guidance to ensure alignment and effective communication on all recruiting efforts.
Experience you'll bring:
Experience & Expertise: You have a minimum of 8 years of talent acquisition experience, or 6+ years with an advanced degree. You've been a proven leader in your field and have a track record of success.
Strategic Mindset: You're not just reacting to needs—you're anticipating them. You have a keen ability to analyze data, assess workloads, and implement scalable, efficient recruiting processes.
Communication & Influence: You can effectively communicate recruiting strategies and status updates to all levels of the organization, and you're skilled at building strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach helps us collaborate more effectively, make decisions more quickly, and build a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Physical Requirements:

Pay Transparency:
The US base salary range for this role is $95,000-$130,500 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
