The Opportunity: Senior Manager, Mid-Market Sales (Remote - USA / CANADA)
Wrapbook is looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Sales Manager to lead our Mid-Market sales team focused on Film and TV production companies. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will drive revenue growth, support a team of AEs through complex sales cycles, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape how we go to market in the entertainment industry.
You’ll play a key role in driving Wrapbook’s continued growth, working directly with prospective clients to modernize how they manage production payroll and accounting.
What you’ll do:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives focused on 3–12 month deal cycles and 50-200k ARR
-
Own revenue performance by driving accurate forecasting, meeting or exceeding quota, and ensuring consistent deal flow throughout the quarter.

Actively support day-to-day deal execution by joining calls, guiding strategy, and serving as executive sponsor in key meetings

Build and optimize outbound and ABM strategies in partnership with Marketing and Business Development

Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers and the Product team to align on customer needs and solutions

Attend in-person industry events and client meetings, primarily in the Los Angeles area

Deliver thought leadership to VPs of Production Finance and Production Accountants, helping them rethink outdated workflows and understand the value of adopting Wrapbook

Use insights from CRM, marketing, product usage, and pipeline data to identify opportunities, test new approaches, and continuously improve team performance
What you’ll have:

Proven experience leading and managing high performing Mid-Market teams

Significant experience with complex sales cycles with a disruptive B2B SaaS product
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and tailor messaging to various personas

Work well cross-functionally with teams like product, and marketing
-
Love for testing, tracking, and iterating on your process

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and change
-
Willingness to travel for events and in-person meetings, primarily in LA
