This is a remote role based in the United States.
About the role:
Leads successful cross-functional go to market product launches, brand and campaign initiative execution, driving kick-off, defining and assigning roles and responsibilities.
Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional design initiatives from concept through launch, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining design quality and craft.
Develop and implement design processes that foster creativity, efficiency, and collaboration across teams.
Define and develop detailed project plans, managing overall timeline and key dates, and ensuring the team is on track with deliverables and impact Identify, guide, report, and track decisions, impediments, is, or risks that could impact the success of the project; act as point of escalation for delivery, prioritization, and team alignment issues.
Lead regular project communication with teammates, partners, and leadership conducting periodic reviews with executive sponsors.
Manage and track asset development and delivery, ensuring that specs meet diverse platform guidelines and that appropriate tagging is implemented to enable measurement.
Manage communication and dependencies between marketing and other teams across the organization, including interfacing with technical and strategic program managers.
Plan, execute and deliver multiple cross-channel, concurrent projects across business units.
About you:
7+ years experience managing digital campaigns, creative development, and strategic projects for marketing organizations
Experience with design operations, scaling digital and content production across teams and channels
Experience with digital products and services and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (ESPs, Analytics systems, etc.)
Understanding of design tools, systems and workflow to improve efficiency and volume, including use/adoption of AI tools
Strong knowledge of project management tools ex. JIRA, Click-Up, etc
Experience presenting work to internal senior leadership as well as external partners
Problem-Solver who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, able to remove roadblocks and drive solutions
Ability to view the big picture, beyond your immediate role or department, and align projects with company strategy, values & goals

The starting pay range for this position is $109,240.00-$179,462.50. McAfee takes into consideration an individual’s skillset, experience and location in making final salary determinations.
