Job Description

We are seeking a highly self-driven organized Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, to serve as a key link between marketing strategy, execution, and day-to-day brand operations. This role is responsible for leading the PMRC process, managing congress and exhibit execution, overseeing print and fulfillment operations, supporting commercial meetings, and ensuring strong cross-functional coordination across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize the PMRC review process, including meeting management, submissions, training, and system administration
  • Partner with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and agency teams to ensure compliant and efficient promotional review workflows
  • Drive national and regional congress planning, booth execution, sponsorships, and ROI measurement
  • Negotiate exhibit contracts and manage agency partners for congress development and execution
  • Oversee print production, fulfillment, warehousing, and inventory management of promotional materials
  • Manage marketing operations budgets, including accruals, MSAs, and SoWs
  • Support planning and logistics for key commercial meetings (e.g., National Sales Meetings, POAs)
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and operational excellence

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong expertise in pharmaceutical marketing operations and promotional review processes
  • Experience with Veeva PromoMats or similar review systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with urgency and minimal direction
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred

  • Project Management certification or degree
  • Experience supporting a product launch brand
  • Background in print production within pharma or an agency environment

Additional Information

Deciphera is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary pay range for this role is $133,000 - $184,000. Actual compensation packages will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to depth of experience, education, skillset, overall performance and/or location.​
