At Stellar Cyber, marketing moves fast and impact matters. We are looking for a strategic builder and operator to redefine how marketing works at scale. As Senior Manager, Marketing Operations and Revenue, you will own the systems, processes, and insights that power our go-to-market engine and accelerate pipeline growth.

This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity and ideas into execution. Reporting to the VP Global Growth and Revenue Marketing, you will drive MarTech maturity, optimize the end-to-end lead lifecycle, and build the operational foundation that enables marketing teams to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale the marketing operations infrastructure, including planning, prio5+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or performance measurement in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Deep expertise in marketing metrics, attribution, pipeline analysis, and ROI modeling.
  • Proficiency with Marketing Tools: Adobe Marketo, Marketo Measure
  • Experience with Sales Tools: ZoomInfo, Apollo, Gong
  • Strong communicator who can translate data into clear, actionable insights for marketing, sales, and executive leadership.ritization, sprint management, and execution rhythms.
  • Connect day-to-day marketing operations to executive priorities, delivering clear visibility into progress, risks, and business impact.
  • Own marketing measurement, attribution, and ROI analysis to guide investment decisions across all marketing channels.
  • Optimize marketing systems and tools to improve visibility, accountability, and cross-functional execution.
  • Improve intake, prioritization, and resource allocation so teams stay focused on the most strategic, high-impact work.
  • Leverage GenAI tools to enhance analysis, forecasting, and operational efficiency.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or performance measurement in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Deep expertise in marketing metrics, attribution, pipeline analysis and ROI modeling
  • Proficiency with Marketing Tools, Adobe Marketo, Marketo Measure
  • Experience with Sales Tools: ZoomInfo, Apollo, Gong
