Role Description
As a Program Delivery and Operations Manager within our L&OD team, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless execution of learning programs across the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic planning, operational oversight, and continuous improvement of L&D initiatives. By leading a team of program managers and collaborating cross-functionally, you will ensure learning solutions are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities- Manage and develop a team of L&D Program Managers, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and performance support.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all learning programs, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Develop and implement standardized processes and tools to enhance the efficiency and scalability of learning operations.
- Partner with HR, department leaders, and external vendors to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Administer learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools to support program delivery and tracking.
- Oversee the L&D innovation process and AI-enabled learning initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years (7-10 not posted) of relevant professional experience, with at least 2–4 years of people management or program leadership experience, particularly in roles that include managing through others.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and lead others in delivery and execution.
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone) and data analytics tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for presenting complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in program execution and reporting.
- Experience integrating AI tools or automation into workflows to enhance efficiency, personalization, or insight generation in L&D or operational contexts.
- Proven success applying product management approaches to program design or delivery, with a focus on driving learner outcomes and operational excellence.
- Comfort with design thinking principles to co-create, test, and refine learner-centric experiences in fast-moving, data-informed environments.
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related discipline.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), or similar credentials.
- Proven experience in leading change management initiatives within L&D contexts.
Canada Pay Range
$151,300—$204,700 CAD
