RSM US LLP is looking for a dynamic International Tax Senior Manager, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions, to join our expanding Cross-Border M&A Tax Practice.

As an International Tax M&A Senior Manager, you would be part of a team that advises multinational corporations, private equity firms, and privately held companies on the tax aspects of planning, structuring, due diligence, and executing M&A transactions. We provide a hybrid work environment in which our professionals are encouraged to work in the office 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team that focuses on delivering due diligence, tax structuring services, communicate findings, and opportunities to clients.

  • Manage the international tax component of due diligence and structuring projects by participating on client calls, interviewing targets and their tax advisors, and coordinating local country RSM due diligence.

  • Analysis of various cross-border tax issues such as Permanent Establishment, Corporate Reorganizations, Section 367 issues, Subpart F, GILTI/ FDII, non-US direct and indirect tax issues.

  • Will have Performance Advisor responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university. 
  • Requires a minimum of eight (8) years of International Tax and Cross- Border M&A experience within a public accounting firm, a corporate tax department, or a law firm.
  • Requires one of the following: Active CPA or JD with State Bar.
  • Ability to handle multiple engagements.
  •  Exceptional quantification, research, and writing skills.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $107,500 - $215,600

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
