Senior Manager, Inclusion and Impact Communications

In this role, you will work closely with key business partners to meaningfully engage associates across Fidelity to support efforts to advance a culture where everyone feels they belong and can thrive.
Responsibilities Include
You’ll have the opportunity to build strong relationships across the company as you develop and execute strategic communications campaigns to support business priorities of the Global Diversity & Inclusion Office, focused on Associate Business Resource Groups. This work includes leveraging internal communications channels and live events to deliver communications such as speaking points, presentations, content for intranet and audience messaging. You’ll have opportunities to grow and deliver impact as you partner closely with communications colleagues in Fidelity’s regional and external communications and Associate Business Resource Groups.
The Skills and Expertise You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-8+ years of communications experience, internal comms background a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communication information clearly to a wide range of audiences
- A self-starter, who has strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fluid environment.
- A focused, highly motivated professional that can execute tasks within deadlines and excel in a fast-paced and constantly evolving team environment.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects at once
- An innovative thinker who brings a creative mindset to solving problems.
- A collaborative and relationship-oriented team player with the ability to think and work successfully across an organization
- A change-oriented and curious communicator, with a desire to continuously learn and grow

The Associate Communications team is part of Fidelity Corporate Affairs, which has a mission to protect and strengthen Fidelity's brand. We do this through building high quality relationships with key stakeholders, engaging in federal and state-level advocacy, positively impacting our communities, and delivering compelling communications that matter to our associates, customers, and clients. The base salary range for this position is $71,000-$120,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
