As the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and executing FOLX Health’s paid media strategy and driving growth campaigns across multiple channels, including SEM, paid social, podcasts, and CTV. But more than just expertise in paid acquisition, we’re looking for someone with a fierce curiosity for finding new channels and creative approaches to reaching LGBTQIA+ communities. This role requires an experimental mindset, an ability to think outside traditional growth channels, and a passion for identifying and testing new ways to connect with our audience. The ideal candidate is both data-driven and inventive, with deep experience in performance marketing, CRO, and campaign optimization. Healthcare experience is highly preferred.

Our Company:

FOLX Health exists to be the leading health and wellness platform for LGBTQIA care, providing end to end services, both virtually and in person, across the spectrum of community needs. We are the north star for innovation in the broader ecosystem by creating joyful, affirming healthcare on one's own terms and building community and access around those needs.

Our Culture:

Reliability: We show up for our members and each other in service of our mission.

Transparency: We build trust by openly sharing our goals and progress.

Access: We invest in our team by providing the tools and training needed to achieve individual goals.

Agency: We trust our team to get their jobs done.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own & Optimize Paid Media Strategy: Lead a full-funnel, multi-channel paid growth strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Explore & Expand Growth Channels: Go beyond traditional SEM and social—identify, test, and scale unconventional, high-impact paid channels that resonate with LGBTQIA+ communities
  • Manage Budget Efficiently: Ensure budget efficiency, performance optimization, and strategic scaling of paid media efforts
  • Experiment & Iterate: Develop and execute testing frameworks (A/B tests, landing page experiments, audience segmentation) to enhance performance
  • Lead CRO & Landing Page Optimization: Partner with product and content teams to optimize conversion paths, improve user experience, and increase engagement
  • Analyze & Act on Insights: Leverage performance data to refine strategies in real time, ensuring continuous improvement in CAC, LTV, and ROAS
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor digital marketing innovations, emerging platforms, and cultural trends to bring fresh ideas that drive growth and community engagement

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing, with a strong background in paid media
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing paid campaigns, with a demonstrated ability to identify, test, and scale underutilized or emerging platforms across search, social, and other channels
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), including A/B testing and landing page improvements
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools
  • Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks and a test-and-learn mindset
  • Proven ability to manage agencies and external partners to drive results
  • A passion for creative problem-solving and finding new, unconventional ways to grow
  • Experience in healthcare or health tech is highly preferred
  • A commitment to and passion for LGBTQIA+ health and advocacy

Salary range: $120,000 - $130,000

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
