Job Description

LOCATION:                            168 Third Avenue, Waltham, MA 02451

TITLE:                                    Senior Manager, Global Market Development

HOURS:                                  Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

DUTIES:                                 Develop strategic, multi-channel integrated marketing plans for areas of responsibility, including customer segmentation, competitor analysis, business trends, market opportunities, and staging and pacing of marketing tactical programs.
Lead the development of messaging and creative content for specified applications and workflows for customers in biopharma/biotech segments.
Acquire, nurture and maintain customer advocates and identify collaboration opportunities to drive application content development; leverage partners to champion our solutions.
Develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns to achieve measurable results.
Maintain campaign metrics dashboards to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Act as a brand ambassador, understanding, upholding, and communicating our multi-brand strategy in all aspects of our marketing programs.
Can work remotely or telecommute.                                                                                                                                   

REQUIREMENTS:                  MINIMUM Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Immunology, Molecular Sciences, or related field of study. MINIMUM Experience Requirement:  2 years of marketing or scientific experience in genetics or life sciences field, or related experience.  Required knowledge or experience with: Developing Biopharma/biotech segment marketing campaigns for genetic, proteomic, and/or cell analysis solutions (e.g. qPCR, dPCR, CE and Microarray, Flow Cytometry) with a focus on Advanced Therapies like Cell and Gene Therapies;       Working in complex global, matrix environments, including managing expectations of multiple stakeholders across multiple business units and regions; Building and maintaining relationships with customers and key opinion leaders in Biopharma segment; Developing and delivering technical presentations and trainings for a wide variety of audiences, including sales teams, regional marketing and customers; Managing project scope, budget and schedule to achieve timely completion of project deliverables; and Proven experience with essential tools: Workfront, PowerBI, Smartsheet and CRM.
