The Senior Manager, Fintech Strategy is an integral, highly-visible role contributing to the overall success of ServiceTitan’s embedded finance products. S/He will focus on charting a path for the future of ServiceTitan’s embedded fintech strategy. They will be responsible for developing deep trust and partnership with product leads, FP&A, Data Science/BI, and other teams to drive continued expansion of our fintech offering, across various trade verticals, segments, and geographies.This role will evaluate, manage, and optimize new/existing Fintech initiatives, partner/vendor evaluations, that create immense value to customers, while also driving meaningful business for ServiceTitan.
What you'll do:
Identify, evaluate, drive, and manage new product strategy initiatives focused on Fintech opportunities (e.g. payments, financing, lending, banking, etc.)
Partner with product leadership to develop long term strategy and prioritization in Fintech
Develop and present business cases with ongoing analyses (quantitative & qualitative), customer validation and research, recommendations, etc. to senior leadership
Evaluate potential partner/vendor opportunities to power expansion products and services
Aid in scope and requirements definition, and go-to-market strategy to launch or enhance fintech products
Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Operations) to develop and validate solutions to solve problems in the embedded finance space
Research and arm internal teams with business landscape knowledge of competitors, insights, and trends and develop in depth understanding of our customers and how embedded finance can solve their biggest challenges
What you'll need:
5+ years of work experience in consulting, strategy, or a similar role driving new growth initiatives cross-functionally
3+ years experience in financial technology, embedded finance and/or Software/SaaS, experience in B2B technology preferred
Deep expertise conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis (high proficiency with spreadsheet tools and financial forecasting and modeling)
Ability to distill complex concepts into structured frameworks, clear and succinct memos, concrete action plans, etc
Ability to thrive through ambiguity in a dynamic working environment; know how to balance velocity with appropriate depth and attention to detail based on circumstance
Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional collaboration, executive presence and communication, with ability to elevate stakeholders of all levels

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $166,500 USD - $222,700 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location.
